Refund Policy

The Insider Adoption Framework is a digital, educational product sold for a one-time fee of $27.00 (USD). Because we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase, we offer two refunds:

1. The 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee

If for any reason — or no reason at all — you are unhappy with your purchase, email us at hello@ungated.pet within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full purchase price of the core product. No questions asked, no forms required.

2. The 90-Day Conditional Guarantee

If you apply to three (3) shelters or rescues within 90 days of your purchase, using the method described in the Insider Adoption Framework, and all three reject your application, we will refund the full purchase price of the core product upon proof of those applications and rejections.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under either guarantee, email hello@ungated.pet with:

• Your name and the email address used at checkout
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• For the conditional guarantee: documentation of the three applications and rejections

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Optional Add-Ons and Bumps

Refunds for optional one-time add-ons (such as the No-Visit Database and the Personal Adoption Tracker) follow the same 30-day unconditional window as the core product. The conditional 90-day guarantee applies to the core Insider Adoption Framework only.

Important Note

Our products are educational. We make no guarantee that any applicant will be approved to adopt by any shelter or rescue. Adoption decisions are made solely by the shelters and rescues involved.
