This Privacy Policy explains what information UnGated Pet ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what is needed to deliver the Insider Adoption Framework and to improve it.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you take the adoption approval test or check out, you may provide:
- Contact details: first name, last name, and email address (required to deliver the product).
- Adoption details: the breed and pet name you entered, your state, and your answers to the quiz (such as your living situation). These personalize your results and the product.
- Optional fields: a phone number, if you choose to provide one.
- Order details: information needed to process your payment, handled by our payment provider.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: browser type, device, pages visited, and similar standard technical information.
- Marketing parameters: UTM and similar campaign parameters from the link that brought you here, used to understand which marketing efforts are effective.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver, personalize, and support the product you purchased
- To send transactional emails (such as your downloads and receipt)
- To send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To measure and improve our marketing, including through advertising partners (see below)
- To prevent fraud and abuse
3. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We use advertising and analytics partners that may set cookies or collect data to measure conversions and show ads to relevant audiences. These may include:
